With at least with this job, because we are not moving forward with the EPS and. So li-listen.

Arseni, I talked to Riaan, and he said, he would be able to do these two little things, like adding the icons.
0:08
Mira
And I think changing the title in somewhere.
0:18
Mira
In many ways.
0:22
Mira
But SEO is the, problem. So it's not a problem. Riaan is not SEO. You know, it's not his field. He-- But he has a friend who has a agency, SEO agency. So we want-- We need to know what are we going to tell the client. Are we going to do this SEO, or we will just tell them that-
0:23
Arseni
Well, our. The way I see things is our best friends are Claude and ChatGPT. I mean, no expert in the world knows anything that Claude doesn't know. It's just more about can we execute this SEO thing? Like, why don't we ask Claude, which I. Riaan probably already asked, what does a rooster need? And they probably need Learn About page with texts. W-which we can design these pages with H1, H2 tags and probably also implement. Right?
0:49
Mira
I don't know really. I'm. SEO is a kind of, science fiction for me, and I want it to stay science fiction for me because for me, that's not realistic. This is a science fiction, area in general. So I don't believe in that much, so I don't wanna. I don't care about things I don't believe.
1:23
Arseni
No, I'm just talking about w-work in general. Riaan, do you agree that no expert in the world can tell us something that, Claude doesn't know already? Unless we're getting into a super narrow niche, that is not, that AI is not trained on. This is not the case. This is a very well-researched topic, SEO and even SEO for search engines. So w-what-- When we go to an expert, what do we want? We have all we need. It's just a decision. Do we want an on-site SEO, do it once and invoice the client, or do we want monthly work, which nobody, I think, will care about because they don't have time to produce monthly content, and nor do we want to reach out to different companies and say, "Oh, pu-put a link into Rooster to us.", in fact, th-they just, they don't care about this so much to pay for this. So what we can do easily is just create one or two pages to make, ChatGPT happy. That's all. Like, but I don't know if you can do it using, let's say, Cursor. Did you look at the code of Rooster?
1:48
Rian
Not just yet. Not just yet. To your point there, Austin, with the SEO, there's a technical side to it, and there's also the sort of more consulting client-facing side to the technical side. That's the easier part because it's setting up these pages to be visible from an SEO point of view.
3:10
Arseni
Yeah.
3:31
Rian
That we can do with, any of these AI tools. That's easy enough to do. From a sort of more consulting point where someone like my friend would come in, he would chat to the client about the different types of pages that they have. He would do some. He's got much more in-depth knowledge about it than me. He looks at this. He knows how some of the, like Google, for example, what causes them to rank pages higher. He's got more insight into that. There's, there's little sort of algorithmic stuff that Google, they won't necessarily expose, which means that even the AI engines won't know what these algorithms are. Google, they're very secretive about what they use to actually rank a page. There's bits and pieces that, guys like him over the years could have picked up on. And he deals directly with Google as well.
3:32
Rian
And he knows things from a sort of, soft consulting point of view, what to ask the client and what to look for on certain pages to see when something can get ranked higher. So there is two sides to this. Technical side, that's completely covered by the AI engines. That's not a problem at all.
4:36
Rian
That's getting the code-
5:01
Rian
-good. But, you know, if they're saying they wanna rank number one, that's a conversation. That's a separate conversation. He needs to look at a whole bunch of things to go, "Well, what are you doing, and what can we do, and what are you willing to do?"
5:03
Arseni
No, rank number one for which keywords?.
5:22
Mira
For video editing-
5:26
Mira
-, post-production editing, video editing, offline editorial and visual effects.
5:27
Arseni
That's what, -
5:32
Mira
North America-
5:33
Arseni
Christina-
5:34
Mira
-Canada, and Toronto.
5:34
Arseni
Is that what Christina said?
5:35
Mira
Yes. She wants the- these keywords, when you type in these keywords in America, Canada, and Toronto, that Rooster appears on the top of the search.
5:37
Arseni
Well, that's a big job. That's, -
5:47
Mira
Yeah, of course it's a big job.
5:50
Rian
Does she understand that she's up against things like Adobe Premiere? She's up against, these DaVinci Resolve, these big tools that do that. She's up against Adobe's budget for SEO and paid search. So-
5:53
Rian
-she needs to understand that. It's just not as simple as going-
6:10
Arseni
Riaan, Adobe is not in Toronto. Maybe they have a small office, but that's not where their presence is. So if people type, video edi-e-e-editor Toronto, why would Adobe show up? I understand it's only an example, but, they are after local SEO, not global. You know, which makes everything easier, kind of, if it's just about Toronto and/or Canada.
6:15
Mira
North America.
6:42
Arseni
Well, it's, it's Canada. It's, it's not. It's, it's easier than. Canada is one-tenth population of the United States. Tenth. One-tenth. It's like a big state. So it's, it's way easier b-because, do you still think they would compete with, Adobe Premiere if we just are limited by Canada? Well, limit ourselves by Canada.
6:43
Rian
I would think they will. Premiere's a global software. You've got other tools like DaVinci Resolve, you've got Canva as well. These guys with massive advertising budgets, and they're gonna be competing against them.
7:06
Mira
But they are, probably they are like. Oh, no.
7:20
Arseni
But if we go to Toronto, iMac, which we have a computer there available through AnyDesk, we type in, Toronto video editor, I can bet that it's not going to be about Canva and Adobe. I mean, I can do it in, like, after the call, I can go and check. I think these are going to be small businesses popping up. So what we can do is we could maybe do a bit of research what these businesses do, before we even talk to your friend. -
7:24
Rian
Yeah
8:01
Arseni
Because, when we put it all in an email, Cristiano, ", it's not a big priority." It's not. She'll say, ", it's only if you guys can do something easily." Well, this is not easy even to rank for Toronto video editor. It's not so easy. There are thousands of competing companies. But the thing is, they've been in business for thirty years probably. They are very. They do high-end work, so Google probably recognizes this, right? Like, Rooster is not a new company that appeared yesterday. They worked with brands like Nike and Adidas and different brands for decades. They won awards. So it shouldn't be-
8:02
Mira
Yeah, they are pretty much famous.
8:46
Arseni
Yeah. Anyway, I said everything. You still think we need to talk to the, your friend, as next step, or we just, do a bit of research? We even see who ranks, in Toronto now.
8:48
Rian
Yeah.
9:03
Arseni
And do they have shitty websites, the ones who rank? We'll see. We don't. I just feel that we don't know enough. That is so easy-
9:03
Rian
For sure
9:14
Arseni
To discover. Because-
9:14
Mira
This is what we need to ask
9:16
Arseni
The ones who rank-
9:19
Mira
To be considered
9:21
Arseni
They probably, we could see some consistency how they rank. They probably have a blog. And Rooster has also a blog, if I'm not mistaken. It's called a news page, right, Mira? And that-
9:22
Mira
Yeah
9:36
Arseni
That news page unfortunately is not, is on a different domain name as. But you know what? I'll, I'll. I forgot. It's, I think they have a news page on some news feed RSS that is not rooster.ca domain, and that's bad for SEO. Anyway, I think l-
9:36
Mira
You are using, you are using now this.
9:57
Arseni
No, I'm not using-
10:01
Mira
Disconnect.
10:03
Arseni
I'm not connected. -
10:03
Mira
I am now.
10:05
Arseni
Okay.
10:06
Mira
Do you see my screen?
10:06
Arseni
Yes.
10:08
Mira
So video editing in Toronto.
10:09
Mira
V Creative, Ski Vest Video.
10:11
Mira
Video production in Toronto.
10:14
Mira
And then forty-nine video animation company. Yes, you're right. There are now. These are small company. Aspen Films. Stupid something yourself. Production Hub, VCM Interactive, blah.
10:16
Arseni
No, that's a directory site. Let's sk-skip the directory sites.
10:28
Mira
Yeah.
10:32
Mira
Video editor jobs, this is LinkedIn. M-m-no. What else did they say?
10:33
Arseni
Now check page two also, maybe.
10:38
Mira
That's why I hate this AnyDesk, because everything is slow motion.
10:41
Mira
It sponsored result. It always Ski Vest Video, but they are, they have, had ethics production Canada. You want pizza, blah, digital video. Job, they're not even in page one, page two. Toronto forty-one. No. I don't see them.
10:46
Arseni
No, they're, they're not here. I just wanted to see consistency if we could, or I'll see if I can do it, with Claude Cowork. But yeah, so after this conversation, you still think we need to talk to your friend first?
11:03
Rian
Not just yet. Not just yet.
11:20
Mira
So I need to, email clients. What am I going to tell them?
11:23
Arseni
I'll, I'll draft an email, but, I'll draft an email, but, we have an interview, in thirty-five minutes, with someone. So it'd be good if you're on the call for, like, ten minutes or so at least. -
11:29
Mira
Okay.
11:46
Arseni
But, whatever I draft, I'll post it in Telegram. I'll post it in Telegram, and you tell me if you agree. With the questions.
11:47
Mira
Okay. About this, website job, like, this, code. Arian, do you have, did you check the code? No. Do you, can you do that, -
11:56
Arseni
Yes. That's more, even more important. Like, can we. Do we need Sergei, or can we do it kind of ourselves?
12:09
Mira
Sergei is not replying.
12:17
Mira
I, he is. Did not even read the message.
12:19
Rian
If it's, if it's those little code changes, that's something I can do. I mean, I didn't look at the code yet, but just seeing what needs to be changed, I'll, I'll, I'll talk to-
12:24
Arseni
But it's a very special, site with complicated technology. It's just, it's not a simple WordPress site. It's just. That's why it'd be nice to check. If you can even launch the project in Codex or.
12:38
Rian
I'll take a look.
12:53
Arseni
Yeah.
12:54
Rian
I'll take a look at that, yeah.
12:55
Arseni
Yeah.
12:57
Mira
So these are the things that they want. Swap out Twitter for LinkedIn, add LBB. I already told you, rename contact section to About Us and add company description plus services copy to About Us section. So they will provide the text.
12:58
Mira
So we need at least to, estimate this job. And regarding this SEO, I don't know. This is, this kind is, this kind of thing is, we need to, email them because I don't know what to do. I mean, I don't know, I don't know if we can do it or not, or I should, e-email and tell her we can't help you about it 'cause we don't know about the-
13:15
Arseni
No. We need to split SEO into two parts: on-site and off-site. We can definitely do on-site. That is about maybe H2 tags and some meta descriptions and stuff like this. But off-site, it's more about, deciding do we want to do this because it's not our specialty. But in the world of AI, things, I think, kind of are becoming a lot easier to manage. So we could maybe do a lot without hiring anybody. So let me think about this.
13:46
Mira
You will, help me with that, -
14:21
Arseni
Yes. Yeah, I'll help her with the email just after the interview. -
14:25
Mira
Okay.
14:31
Arseni
Another girl from South Africa. Okay.
14:31
Rian
Just in here.
14:34
Arseni
Yeah. Okay. Okay, cool. So we'll, we'll talk.
14:35
Mira
Okay. So we are still waiting for, Roseanne, reply on email, Arian. She still did not reply.
14:38
Arseni
I'll, email her directly. I'll probably, you know, I'll probably just, send her a quote because she probably is thinking, "Why are we beating around the bush?, why wouldn't they send the price?" I'll send the price because beating around the bush because there are so many things we could discuss and things, but all these things could be moved to phase two, phase three. We could estim-
14:45
Rian
Okay.
15:14
Arseni
Decide what is phase one. I'll decide. I'll, I'll email her the price. So she says yes. Now she. There's nothing for her to say yes to because we never sent her the price. Okay. I guess that-
15:14
Mira
Okay. Let's-
15:29
Arseni
That's, that's-
15:30
Mira
Let's be proactive.
15:31
Arseni
Yeah. Okay.
15:32
Mira
Okay. Thank you.
15:33
Arseni
Okay. Bye.
15:34
Rian
All right. Thank you. Bye-bye.
15:35
